Returns & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. Once the product is shipped out, we cannot cancel the order.

Returns Policy:

We accept returns on products, and customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the invoice.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing the return. Please do not return purchases to the manufacturer.

Customers will receive a refund for the product, excluding the original shipping fee, and they are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Refunds Policy:

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within a certain period.

Late or missing refunds:

If a refund has not been received, customers are advised to check their bank account, contact their credit card company, and then their bank. If the issue persists, please contact us at service@hillde.com.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, providing the order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will review the request and provide further instructions if approved.

Only items purchased directly from hillde.com are eligible for return. Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Non-returnable items include those purchased through retailers, incorrect products, and damaged products due to customer mishandling.

Defective/Incorrect/Damaged Items:

For faulty, incorrect, or damaged products, please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. Provide the order number, proof of purchase, and any applicable video or photo evidence.

Return Processing Time:

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the date of receipt. Customers will be notified via email once the return has been processed.

Refund Timing:

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment within 14 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Customers are advised to contact their card-issuing bank for any inquiries regarding the credit posting.

Order Modification or Cancellation:

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
